Regional Manager IP&E

Main Purpose of the role:
• Own, develop and drive the PEMCO business within a country/region.
• Supervise a team of Regional Pemco Managers
• Execute the vertical, marketing, engineering & sales strategy with the team for PEMCO in EMEA
• Proactive, profitable sales growth on PEMCO
• Working in a matrix with the vertical, regional sales and engineering managers in order to drive profitable sales and Market share growth.

All tasks to be carried out in a Total Quality Manner, consistent with Company Culture

Key Tasks/Responsibilities:

Leadership
• Strong leadership within EMEA
• Remote Management in alignment with the other supervisors in the vertical and the with sales and engineering management
• Set targets for the team
• Regular Trainings
• Ongoing performance reviews of the region
• Yearly EPR
• Collaboration with PM and asset Management

Commercial
• Deliver profitable PEMCO market share gains across the entire region through:
• Drive EMEA key strategies within the Team
• Drive Pemco Design Conversion through the Sales & Engineering Organization
• Drive and Support ISRPs to performance in proactive Pemco Selling
• Developing compelling messages and executing winning programs that reinforce Arrow as the #1 choice for PEMCO
• Developing and implementing financial and logistics programs to enable sales to both win market share and improve our overall productivity
• Member of the EMEA Management Team
• Implement & execute EMEA supplier strategy and programs within the team and define aligned regional strategies and programs to support this
• Participate actively in European initiatives when applicable, influencing European Marketing and Engineering strategies
• Forge strategic and influential supplier relationships at all levels, EMEA and regional and leverage to pro-actively drive:
• TAM 2 DTAM
• Network changes
• Enhanced margin and DWIN protection
• Driving the organization to design in and/or offer "add-on" products (Attach 2.0)
• Own Regional QBR and DWIN process for PEMCO and manage supplier business plans
• Drive field engagement within the region
• Work alongside regional managers to train, enable and develop the field engineering & sales teams
• Act as positive spokesperson for the region both internally and externally

Profitability
• Understand the impact of market conditions on profitability and react accordingly
• Use all available levers, tools and processes to review, maintain and maximise margin
• Support Sales organization as escalation resource on PEMCO issues
• Constantly weigh market share goals with the need to maintain profitable business
• Drive PEMCO share growth

Operations
• Regional review of the quote follow-up process
• Drive design linkage till production win
• Bring the Vertical PEMCO strategy to execution
• Maintain data integrity in Oracle SWB, CRM and Oracle Customer Master
• Utilize all available tools and services to work as effectively as possible
• Work in collaboration with all Arrow teams to exceed customer expectations
