• Manage stakeholder expectations, negotiate project scope changes, and resolve conflicts.

• People management activities, like setting SMART goals, performance evaluation, identifying training plans, and fostering a positive work environment.

• Work closely with Architecture and Security teams for the best technical alignment on functional and nonfunctional deliveries.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

• 10+ years of experience in Software development.

• 2+ years of experience in Software development management and/or Software delivery management role with a significant portion of prior experience in Java development, software engineering, and software engineering teams' leadership

• Proficiency in developing and managing applications using Spring Boot, MySQL, Oracle, Solr, Redshift, and Angular, with a deep understanding of their integration and optimization for high-performance and secure enterprise solutions.

• Proven experience in leading software development teams using agile methodologies, with a strong focus on facilitating sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily standups to ensure efficient and effective execution.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
