Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
10+ years of experience in Software development.
2+ years of experience in Software development management and/or Software delivery management role with a significant portion of prior experience in Java development, software engineering, and software engineering teams' leadership
Proficiency in developing and managing applications using Spring Boot, MySQL, Oracle, Solr, Redshift, and Angular, with a deep understanding of their integration and optimization for high-performance and secure enterprise solutions.
Proven experience in leading software development teams using agile methodologies, with a strong focus on facilitating sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily standups to ensure efficient and effective execution.
