Product Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and refine product strategies. Ensure the product roadmap aligns with market needs and customer requirements.
Go-to-Market Planning: Develop and execute go-to-market plans for new products and features. This includes target audience definition, messaging, pricing, and sales strategies.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies. Conduct market research to identify opportunities and threats.
Messaging and Positioning: Craft compelling product messaging and positioning that resonates with the target audience. Differentiate Symantec's solutions in a competitive market.
Content Creation: Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, sales tools, and digital content to support product launches and ongoing marketing campaigns.
Sales Enablement: Collaborate with the sales team to provide them with the necessary tools and training to effectively sell Symantec's products.
Analytics and Measurement: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly analyse campaign effectiveness. Use data-driven insights to help refine marketing strategies.
Customer Advocacy: Identify and cultivate customer advocates to promote Symantec's products and solutions through case studies, testimonials, and references.
Symantec Evangelist and Keynote Speaker: Represent Symantec & Arrow as an evangelist at industry events and serve as a keynote speaker to promote our solutions and share expertise.
Other duties will include, but are not restricted to the following:
Collaborate with Broadcom's product management to understand customer needs and solutions, including future product offerings.
Identify buyer personas and their challenges, explaining how our solutions meet their needs.
Understand the market and differentiate Symantec from competitors.
Create and implement launch and go-to-market plans across Europe with key stakeholders.
Articulate and communicate the value of Symantec security solutions to our target audience.
Contribute to EMEA's Commercial new business sales strategy.
Develop strategic relationships with key prospects and large existing customers.
Work closely with all internal departments within Arrow ECS EMEA to achieve financial and business goals.
Design and develop sales campaigns to target commercial customer whitespace.
Develop sales plays to ensure continued adoption of Symantec products by Commercial customers.
The candidate should as a minimum have the following experience:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in the cybersecurity industry.
Strong knowledge of cybersecurity solutions and market dynamics.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
Proven ability to develop and execute successful go-to-market strategies.
Experience working with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
Proficiency in marketing software and tools.
Industry certifications, such as CISSP or CISM, are a plus.
