Mission**
As a Data Engineer at ASML, you will play a critical role in developing the data pipeline for the laser machine data and driving the technical details of the projects that would ultimately drive customer satisfaction.
Job Description
Develop data pipeline solutions to contribute towards feature and roadmap.
Demonstrate systematic problem-solving to resolve problems and standardize solutions.
Interact with cross-functional teams to contribute to system design changes and improving system performances.
Work towards adoption of best industry practices in code health, testing, and maintainability.
Contribute to automated continuous data integration pipeline to build, test, and release.
Collaborate with business users on business requirements to meet the business goals.
Education and Experience
Must be pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information System, or other related fields.
Knowledge or experience using SQL Server or other Database Technology.
Familiar with SQL Server Integration Services and PowerShell Scripting.
Ability to write complex queries using SQL.
Knowledge or experience with .NET, distributed, parallel programming.

Other Information
This position is located on-site San Diego, CA. It requires onsite presence to attend in-person work-related events, trainings and meetings and to further ensure teamwork, collaboration and innovation.
Routinely required to sit; walk; talk; hear; use hands to keyboard, finger, handle, and feel; stoop, kneel, crouch, twist, reach, and stretch. Occasionally required to move around the campus.
Occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
Must be willing to work in a clean room environment, wearing coveralls, hoods, booties, safety glasses and gloves for entire duration of shift.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee routinely is required to sit; walk; talk; hear; use hands to keyboard, finger, handle, and feel; stoop, kneel, crouch, twist, reach, and stretch.
