Astra is seeking an energetic and entrepreneurial-minded Manager of FP&A Manufacturing & Operations to join the team. As part of Operations FP&A, you will share the team's impact on all aspects of planning, implementing all financial commitments, and telling the programmatic story behind the numbers. Your work will drive outstanding financial results by enabling and accelerating Astra's strategy.

You will build strong partnerships across the organization, provide rigor, and solve problems with your creativity. You'll interpret financial and operational performance to identify business risks and opportunities. You'll do this by creating financial tools, partnering with Operations teams to develop long-range goals, annual budgets, and ongoing forecasts. 

The successful candidate will provide a solid voice for representing Finance, have the ability to head up cross-functional projects, and thrive in a fun, fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
