Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:
Zone A: $115,000 - $153,400
Zone B: $103,500 - $138,000
Zone C: $95,500 - $127,300
This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.

Lead communication flow across all partners.
Represent Community at customer-centric events (Community Events & corporate) and manage event logistics
Participate in ideation of projects and execute on strategy to enhance our program quality and expand our offerings and contribute to organizational goals.
Grow volunteer base and operate as their main contact
Develop, manage and ensure adherence to ambassador program policies, procedures, and standards of service.
Maintain accurate records and provide statistical and activity reports on volunteer participation
Forecast and track key account metrics, collect and analyze data to learn more about consumer behavior.
Collaborate with larger team to ensure Leader/member feedback is reflected in new program initiatives, our platforms and vendor relationships.
We're looking for someone with extensive experience in managing, building & scaling communities, online and through events. We want someone with proven success in the Community industry and who has volunteer management experience at a tech company comparable to ours. This person will need to hit the ground running so we will be aiming for leaders in the space who have a proven track record. This includes:
3-5+ years of experience in Ambassador/Community Manager roles where you managed, built and scaled Ambassador Programs, online and through events.
Background in volunteer management (preferably in the tech space)
Ability to manage deadlines and work collaboratively within distributed teams
You're a strong communicator and have excellent writing skills
You have experience managing complex programs and overseeing cross-team projects
You've introduced new and successful ambassador programs and influenced their strategy
You're energized by building relationships with a diverse group of people and attending user-driven events
