As a DesignOps Lead, you will establish processes and practices to scale the effectiveness and value of Atlassian designers and design teams. You will help the Design Hub team establish feedback and learning loops, implement our long-term strategy to enable improved experience quality, and measure outcomes.
To be successful in this role, you'll be a big-picture problem solver while also immersed in the details of defining and refining design practices and frameworks. You will inspire and energize design teams to achieve user-centered outcomes, create the best user experiences, and identify opportunities for the Design Hub team to work better and deliver value to our design org.

In terms of experience, this means:
You've spent at least 5-8 years in design, design operations, design program management, or similar role.
You have strong foundational understanding of the design practices and methodologies and the product development lifecycle.
You are comfortable leading several programs of work and managing multiple stakeholder expectations and dependencies.
You've worked collaboratively within and across teams, influencing to drive not just tactical execution but also larger strategy.
