    In this role, you will lead a territory comprised of named accounts across the DACH region, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to drive success.

    Our Strategy Collection offering (Focus/Talent/Jira Align) helps customers connect business strategy to technical execution by making team-level data visible across their enterprise in real-time. By aligning everyone on the same page to determine scope, roadmaps, and dependencies across teams and portfolios, it connects strategic investments to drive outcomes faster and more reliably.

    • Lead end-to-end sales motions for our Strategy Collection offering

    • Partner with our account teams on account planning and driving the book of business

    • Build territory and accounts plans across the DACH region

    • Co-sell and collaborate with solution partners and GSIs

    • Forecasting a pipeline for our Strategy Collection offering

    Your background

    • Proven success in a quota-carrying, closing role in Enterprise SaaS, driving new business and expansions across the DACH market

    • Expert at building relationships and influencing multi-level senior stakeholders

    • Strategic territory and account planning, prioritizing high-impact customer engagements to drive growth

    • Experienced in expanding enterprise accounts and leading complex, transformational deals

    • Skilled at aligning internal teams to achieve shared goals

    • Knowledgeable in (Scaled) Agile Frameworks, Lean Portfolio Management, and MEDDPICC methodologies
