Principal Product Manager, Jira Align

What you'll do:

• Define the short, medium, and long-term roadmap for your area of the Jira Align product

• Collaborate with Design, Engineering, and Business teams to ship products that deliver beautiful, thoughtful, and delightful experiences to our customers

• Mentor a world-class team of product managers

• Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure impact of product initiatives, using OKR framework and data-driven insights to inform decisions

• Foster a feedback loop between the product team and sales/services teams for continuous improvement

• Represent Jira Align in customer meetings and external events

Your background

• 7+ years product management experience in the B2B SaaS domain

• Experience understanding and delivering products for an enterprise customer

• Experience building a compelling business case for new opportunities

• Familiarity with Jira Align, its business and customers

• Executive presence and aptitude to represent the product team and Jira Align overall to internal and external stakeholders

• Experience in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management

Compensation

At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:

Zone A: $190,400 - $253,800

Zone B: $171,300 - $228,400

Zone C: $158,000 - $210,700

This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
