    Together, we'll empower our customers to collaborate in a richer, more engaging way through asynchronous video via a seamless experience between videos, documents, and the workflows between them.     What you'll do

    • Impact millions of users globally as you empower them to maximize the full potential of Atlassian products.

    • Work cross-functionally with Product and Engineering partners to represent the design team and advocate the user voice

    • Design end-to-end experiences b/w Loom and Atlassian, from concept to pixel-perfect design

    • Contribute to vision, roadmapping, design critique, sprint planning, and product and design channels.

    • Contribute to the Lens Design System and Atlassian Design System

    • Inspire a culture of design excellence, where innovation is the norm.

    Your background

    • 2+ years of product design experience

    • Experience in Product Design organizations that have shipped software to users, working closely with Product and Engineering teammates to develop the strategy and rationale for features.

    • Demonstrable experience working with data, conducting and measuring product design experiments, and a passion for setting and achieving OKRs and metrics that materially impact the business.

    • An outstanding portfolio, with presentable case studies showcasing a foundation in typography, interaction and visual design, product sense, and idea generation.

    • Experience collaborating with a diverse team in a rapid growth environment. Huge plus if you've worked with remote teammates and understand the communication patterns of working with highly distributed teams.

    • A learning and growth mindset: We strive to continuously improve, iterate, and integrate what we learn from our work and with each other.

    • Experience with prototyping as a means to explore and convey design solutions.

    • Empathy and resilience: empathy for our customers, to build a product and a service they'll love. Empathy for our coworkers, to build a workplace we'll love. Resilience to be able to take feedback from anywhere, consider it gracefully, and fold it into your thinking and your work.

    • Excellent written, verbal, and storytelling skills

    Compensation

    At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable and explainable compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience.

    In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:

    Zone A: $136,100 - $181,400

    Zone B: $122,500 - $163,300

    Zone C: $112,900 - $150,600

    This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
