Experience and skills we require:
A track record owning hiring objectives across multiple teams and ability to plan, organise and implement projects to meet established goals on time.
Experience using complex data to drive distinctive perspectives, insights and actions to improve the hiring lifecycle.
Capable of leading a dynamic TA organisation. Ability to support employees through the change process and also mentor them to become change leaders.
Stakeholder management with executive and senior leadership and a track record of partnering with these leaders, using data lead strategies to improve hiring outcomes.
Ability to mentor and coach TA teams, and adopt strategies to elevate performance.
Care. Alignment to our values and experience exhibiting them in your actions and communication with colleagues and candidates.
