Position summary

-   Reporting to senior HR leaders and EO
-   Enablement of ERPs
-   Change Management with adopting a new Elevate led approach

DEI Roadmap: Co-creation of the DEI Strategic and Operational plan with DEI Leader
Stakeholder Management: Building strong relationships with HR leaders, business partners, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, manage expectations, and drive program success.
Project Management: Utilizing project management methodologies to effectively manage timelines, budgets, and resources for ER and DEI initiatives.
Data Analysis: Analyzing ER and DEI data to identify trends, measure program effectiveness, and inform decision-making.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of ER and DEI principles, a collaborative approach, and a passion for creating a positive and inclusive workplace.
