Primary Duties and Responsibilities (details of the basic job functions):
Serves in a planning consultant role with a strong background in technology. Provides oversight in the planning, evaluation, implementation and validation of new/emerging technologies. Leads project and /or technical maintenance teams. Responsible for providing recommendations and attaining design approval for new technologies and major enhancements to existing systems. Provides support to Security in the development of appropriate audit controls and procedures to ensure the integrity and protection of company resources. Works with customers to understand business objectives in order to ensure functional and technical designs meet requirements and are in compliance with the ACG infrastructure and IS technology standards.

a. TDM: Digital, Analog, POTS, ISDN PRI
b. VoIP: SIP, H.323
c. ACD: Caller intent menu design and configuration, agent and skill group routing, agent and skill group reporting.
Experience resolving telecom incidents reported by end users; as well as, executing move, add, change, delete tasks.
Experience investigating interoperability/integration issues in order to deliver resolutions.
Experience working with telecom service providers on call processing/call quality issues. Service provider examples include AT&T, Verizon, and Lumen.
Experience working with telecom systems maintenance providers on technical issues. Service provider examples include ConvergeOne, Avaya, Calabrio, and Tenfold.

Work Environment
This position is currently able to work remotely from a home office location for day-to-day operations unless occasional travel for meetings, collaborative activities, or team building activities is specified by leadership. This is subject to change based on amendments and/or modifications to the ACG Flex Work policy.
