    Position summary

The role requires strong collaboration skills across a dynamic cross section of a globally matrixed organization. This may require some flexibility in working hours to accommodate communication across multiple time zones.

    The role requires excellent communication skills, planning, and project management, and the ability to refine and implement comprehensive integrated marketing programs. It also requires strong attention to detail, managing multiple priorities, an understanding of digital, data and experience with demand generation campaigns will be critical to success. In addition to the above, there is a requirement for the candidate to extract, analyze and critically assess areas for investment and divestment across the business and campaign activities. Critical thinking skills will be highly regarded.

    Responsibilities

    • Define and execute on the marketing strategy and marketing mix for the 1: Many industry campaigns in APAC, as per the WWM (Worldwide Marketing) Integrated Marketing Plan

    • Leads the planning process for APAC, working closely with the GDC (Global Demand Center) center of excellence and industry campaign development team

    • Collaborate with extended stakeholders such as sales, partner marketing, and industry teams to ensure alignment on GTM (Go to Market) strategy.

    • Execute the industry audience and product campaigns in APAC, with the support of marketing operations and digital media center.

    • Manage marketing budgets to meet revenue goals and maximizes return on spend

    • Ongoing analysis of campaign performance across all channels to make data-driven decisions and uncover areas for improvement

    • Ensure continuous testing, piloting, and optimization of marketing tactics and content through data-driven analysis and by using the latest technology

    • Prepares and present QBPs (Quarterly Business Plans)/QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews) to wider team (Industry campaign teams, regional demand gen and sales leads)

    Minimum Qualifications

    • 8+ years Marketing experience in tech industry, software vendor experience is a plus

    • Experience in building marketing strategy and executing digital demand generation campaigns across APAC

    • Data driven with experience in developing customer segmentation strategy and translating data insights into actionable marketing plans

    • Knowledge and experience in digital marketing and e-commerce highly valued

    • Ability to work independently and collaborate with multiple stakeholders across different functions, geography, and time zones

    • Experience with budget management

    • Excellent written, oral and presentation communication skills

    • Excellent writing skills, editing skills, and command of spelling, grammar, and syntax rules

    • Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment

    • BA/BS degree, in Business Administration, Communications or Marketing
