Responsibilities
Create and manage customer and partner focused presentation templates and materials, leveraging existing assets, as necessary
Managing, curating, and advancing the existing AEC customer briefing program content library. Working with industry strategy and product teams to verify content is up to date with the most current information
Participate in prep meetings with sales, industry strategy, executive communications, and other teams, to help prepare outlines based on requirements and then assemble presentations and content to support the briefing
Collaborate closely with industry strategy, executive communications, and other internal teams to align content and engagement activities with overall business objectives to support the AEC Solutions Executive Vice President's goals and maximize business impact
Help assemble insightful presentations on business opportunities for customer and partner executives and management, influencing strategic decision-making
Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand stakeholders' requirements thoroughly and collaborate with the Chief of Staff and/or AEC Executive Vice President to propose and implement effective solutions
Support the AEC Solutions program management on strategic topics as needed
Initiate and manage program/project scope, milestones, plan, and regular project status dashboards, ensuring proper documentation is maintained
Facilitate and be accountable for driving project priorities and deliverables
Breakdown business process and deliverables into key steps and define roles and responsibilities for each step and deliverable
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of related experience with a bachelor's degree; or 2 years and a master's degree; or equivalent experience
Strong skills in planning, prioritization, and project management
Proficient in data-driven evaluation, decision-making, and reporting
Proven ability in cross-functional collaboration and facilitation
Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively, build rapport with, and influence a wide variety of internal stakeholders and business partners
Positive and self-motivated; takes initiative and anticipates next steps
Ability to operate in matrixed and ambiguous environments, influencing without authority
Fluency in Microsoft Outlook/Teams/Excel/Word/PowerPoint/SharePoint
Experience with using project management tools like Airtable or SmartSheet, as well as collaborative ideation tools such as Mural

Salary transparency
Salary is one part of Autodesk's competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $86,500 and $149,270. Offers are based on the candidate's experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
