Position Overview
Autodesk Customer Success organization is seeking a talented and dynamic software developer to design and develop tools focused on delivering self-help and self-heal solutions for our Customers and Support Specialists. This individual will work with the Product Insights & Diagnostics team to develop solutions built on Autodesk Cloud and On-Premises Products.
Responsibilities
Research and develop solutions that improve supportability, remove barriers for customers, and add value to Employees and Customers
Demonstrate excellence in software development best practices, unit testing and software architecture
Support solution development and deployment activities including delivery, acceptance testing, deployment packaging and user-support
Create documentation as appropriate for the solutions developed
Ensure high quality deliverables
Ability to work independently and/or guide other team members to meet deadlines
Self-motivated and proactive, possessing strong desire to learn
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Minimum Qualifications
4-year bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in engineering, computer science, or a related degree
Minimum 6 years of experience in the desktop, web, and cloud technology domain
Strong skills in JavaScript, TypeScript, Webpack
Experience with NodeJS, or similar server technologies is helpful
Experience with React, Vue, or similar frontend technologies is helpful
Experience in Agile Software Development practices and tools (such as Jira, Kanban. Etc.)
Strong understanding of modern frontend / backend frameworks
Knowledge of Agile software development methodology
Experience with version control systems: Git

Exhibit good technical ability, should be able to contribute towards the design and provide architecture recommendations
Excellent skills in resolving customer problems with an “out of the box” and a “can do” approach
Exhibit leadership skills and go beyond on the roles and responsibilities
Take ownership and accountability of the tasks and show leadership skills to mentor coach the team whenever required
