for the team. You will work predominantly with Directors and Senior Directors and our partners in other organizations. You will perform multiple tasks, handle details of critical nature, while using your experience to proactively address potential problems and ensure an efficiently functioning team.
You will report into the Chief of Staff for ESAE and be a hybrid employee reporting into the San Francisco office.
Responsibilities
Manage complex calendars while ensuring prioritization of activities
Provide virtual and onsite meeting support and coordinate logistics for departmental meetings
Arrange international and domestic travel
Manage expectations with a variety of stakeholders (Leadership team / external stakeholders) to ensure execution / accuracy
Help create, review and edit documents, presentations and reports - including staff tactical and strategic meeting agendas
Manage the monthly Town Hall process (agenda / presentation / speakers)
Help manage expense reports and reimbursements for the leaders
Help with the planning, execution, and tracking of various projects
Be proactive about potential scheduling conflicts and prioritize according to what is most important to our senior staff
Partner with other EAs to align on operating rhythm and cadences for the leadership team
Minimum Qualifications
4-6+ years' experience providing administrative support to senior level executives, managing multiple executives at a time
Some project management experience, including defining a plan, coordinating stakeholders, resolving challenges/issues and reporting on progress
Can work in a fast-paced work environment that requires strong multitasking skills, time management, and self-starter mentality
Willing to adapt to rapidly changing environment and new processes and responsibilities
Ability to work well under pressure, communicate effectively, and meet deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; preferably comfortable with Mac and Windows operating systems, and related business applications such as Slack, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft SharePoint
Understand how to handle confidential business matters
Preferred Qualifications
Comfortable working with senior leaders and a wide array of partners of the company
Experience with collaboration, quality, details and structure
Proactive and shows initiative
Communications wizard, able to be clear, concise, and convincing in both written and spoken communications
Comfortable working independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments seeking clarity when an obstacle is in your way

Salary transparency
Salary is one part of Autodesk's competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $73,400 and $126,500. Offers are based on the candidate's experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
