    • Paid Media Oversight: Optimize agency performance and ensure ROI across paid channels

    • Sales Alignment: Collaborate with BDR/SDR teams for lead handoff and conversion optimization

    • Performance Analysis: Track KPIs and optimize campaigns based on insights

    • Compliance: Ensure GDPR and regional compliance in all marketing activities

    Minimum Qualifications

    • 5+ years in B2B demand generation or growth marketing

    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field; master's degree preferred

    • Strong understanding of the sales funnel and lead lifecycle

    • Experience managing webinars, paid media, and email campaigns

    • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems (Salesforce, Marketo)

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience in lean teams and hands-on campaign execution

    • Knowledge of EMEA market dynamics and compliance requirements
