Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Drive implementation and adoption of L&TM priorities through the planning, development, delivery, and assessment of assigned strategic initiatives and functional priorities
Govern program meetings & cadence, often facilitating key sessions
Ensure programs are delivered on time, achieve OKR's, within scope and budget
Provide regular updates and status of milestones L&TM leadership, our People & Places portfolio management team, and key stakeholders
Evaluate program health and recommends appropriate changes, influencing across, and up as needed
Assess organizational readiness for change using established change management methodologies and create change management strategies and deliverables aligned to Autodesk standard practices, leveraging tools and resources provided by the Go-to-Market organization
Collaborate with project teams to identify potential challenges and proactively address resistance to change
Build and drive internal communication plans, leveraging tools and resources provided by the Go-to-Market organization
Write and edit internal communication materials such as company-wide launch announcements, messages from leadership, articles, SharePoint pages and presentation talking points
Manage vendors to produce communication materials as necessary, ensuring work product meets established quality standards
Deliver high impact program communications, including presentations and training sessions. Facilitate kick-off, wrap-up, enablement, and launch sessions in person and virtually
Analyze data to inform program roadmap, empower decision makers and to advise team to attain OKR's
Contribute to a team toolbox of best practices and methodologies
Coach and guide more junior team members
Minimum Qualifications
8+ years' experience in program management, including development and implementation of strategic initiatives in the learning and talent management space
2+ years' experience supporting large, global transformational programs from a change management and/or program management perspective
Ability to apply a structured change management approach and methodology within the context of a large, global transformation
Experience scaling existing programs for business impact, including driving analysis and incremental process improvements
Highly collaborative, empathic, and accountable personality who is confident to ask the right questions and remove barriers as needed to achieve impressive results
Influential and collaborative, can navigate and build relationships across a large, global matrixed organizations to achieve program goals
Understands the big picture and connects the dots; comfortable navigating ambiguous circumstances
Passion for high quality in the finished product
Willing to accept feedback and iterate to improve process or product
Ability to manage many demands and multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Outstanding writing, editing, and proof-reading skills; demonstrated track record of creating impactful content
Excellent verbal communication, especially with visual presentations and recorded media delivery
Working knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design processes (ADDIE, SAM)
Experience with project lifecycles and project management methodologies and familiar with project management tools (ex., Asana, Smartsheet or Jira)
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, or Organizational Psychology (or similar)
Experience leading change, communication, and training efforts for multiple global, complex technology implementations
Ability to use data to solve problems and tell stories
Quick to master new technology, including presentation, visual design, tracking, and portfolio management platforms
Entry level understanding of AI prompting and potential opportunities for use in developing excellent employee learning and talent management experiences
Visual design and communication skills
Experience with SharePoint administration
Global Travel may be required.
