Configure, and maintain integrations between Workday and other internal/external systems using Workday integration tools (Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, etc.)
Responds to user tickets, problems and questions regarding functionality, operations, general operating procedures related to Workday integrations and workflows
Monitor integration processes, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data integrity across systems
Address and resolve complex integration-related issues promptly, ensuring minimal change to business operations
Conduct root cause analysis for recurring problems and implement solutions to prevent future issues
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including integration designs, configurations, and troubleshooting steps
Develop and promote best practices for integration deployment, and maintenance
Stay updated with Workday updates, new features, and industry best practices related to integrations
Proactively identify opportunities to enhance existing integrations, streamline processes, and optimize system performance
8-12 Years of experience(at least 5+ years of experience working with Workday HCM, focusing on integrations
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Proficiency in Workday integration tools such as Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, and Cloud Connect
Understanding and hands on experiences on Report Writer, Calculated Fields, Document Transformation and Core Connector
Experiences in analysing HR business solutions such as Human Capital Management, Benefits, Payroll and Compensation
Understanding of web services (SOAP, REST), XML, XSLT, and other integration protocols/technologies across Windows and Linux systems
Exposure to AWS features like S3, Dynamo DB, etc is a strong plus
Experience with Agile or other project management methodologies
Workday certification(s) in Integrations
