    최소 자격 요건

    • 학사 학위 또는 동등한 학위 필수

    Position Overview

    Autodesk is disrupting the Design and Manufacturing Industry norm with Fusion 360, the only cloud-based solution that offers a complete workflow integrating conceptual design, engineering, and manufacturing.

    The Fusion 360 business is growing rapidly, and we are quickly ramping up the size of the team to support the expanding demand. We are building a team of passionate, high-energy sales professionals that want to be part of something new and exciting. We are a fast-paced team that is passionate about Fusion 360 and how it can dramatically improve our customers workflows and change the manufacturing industry.

    As a Fusion 360 Inside Product Specialist, you are responsible for managing your own pipeline of opportunities and driving them to close. In addition to the leads you will receive from the Sales Development Reps, you will be responsible for prospecting for new opportunities to keep your funnel full.

    As the sales reps on your deals, you will lead the customers through their buying process and drive them to close. You will leverage technical sales reps and regularly scheduled webinars to demonstrate how Fusion 360 can address the issues you have discovered in the customers’ workflows. Fusion 360 is a fast-growing business and you will be on the tip of the spear as we become the #1 Design and Manufacturing solution in the industry.

    Responsibilities

    • Responsible for prospecting and hunting to find new business to be closed directly

    • Effectively manage a 180-day pipeline to ensure consistent performance

    • Maintain a quarterly forecast

    • Create a great first impression to our prospects and customers by listening to their business needs

    • Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads through creative follow-up communications designed to increase customer interest in Fusion 360

    • Collaborate with Marketing and other stakeholders to provide feedback and improve future outbound campaigns

    • Achieve quarterly goals and yearly quotas to drive aggressive sales growth

    • Assist with renewal clients

    • Use Salesforce.com to document opportunities and activities

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required

    • Self-starter, high energy, aggressive and results oriented

    • 2-5 Years of Inside Sales or Business Development experience is required

    • Strong desire to be in technology sales

    • Track record of successful prospecting & lead generation

    • Business/Native Speaker in Korean

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

    • Additional languages is always welcome to support customers from APAC region

    • Ability to take initiative, prioritize, and manage time effectively

    • Drive to continually improve your sales skills through on the job coaching, self-learning and as defined by Autodesk sales career progression framework
