Plan to align with the Global GTM strategic realization
You will organize and deploy the resources in your region required to deliver support services to the GTM teams to make them successful to drive customer outcomes
Collaborate with the other Geo Leads to align and improve service outcomes
Prioritize the support activities and organize the resources to maximize your team contribution to the Global Revenue Operations focus areas
Build strong team spirit based on the Autodesk Culture
Build effective collaboration with the GTM Leaders in your GEO
Ensure quality and timeliness of the support activities
Proactively develop team skills and expertise to align with GRO focus area and associated requirements
Manage a multicultural team of regular and contingent employees, both onsite and remotely
Build a lasting network with partners and influencers in your region
Minimum Qualifications
3+ years experience in managing Sales and/or Success Operations teams
Solid knowledge of Salesforce and associated productivity tools
Understanding of the Sales/Success roles and Sales Methodologies
Motivate and engage team members
Tailor and adapt your communication style and present to diverse audiences
Experience to manage change and transformation
Know how to be Impactful with data and insights
