Position Overview
Autodesk Innovyze is a leading innovator in software for the water industry. We are committed to solving the world's toughest water problems by unleashing our deep history of hydraulic modeling capabilities into a scalable cloud platform. As a Product Manager, with a focus of Product Operations, you will play a crucial role in the strategic planning, execution, and ongoing management of our Autodesk Innovyze product portfolio.
We are seeking an inspired and experienced Product Manager to lead our product team's cross-product initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a background in civil engineering, and proven software product management skills. You will oversee cross-product initiatives, from ideation and development to launch and post-launch enhancements, driving strategic decision-making and customer satisfaction.
Location: Remote US or Canada. Autodesk Office locations in CA, OR, Colorado, Michigan, Massachusetts, Toronto, Montreal, etc.
You will report to the Group Product Manager at Innovyze, AEC Design at Autodesk.
Responsibilities
Develop product operational strategies aligned with the product vision and our goals
Collaborate with product managers, engineering, and design teams to define product requirements, ensuring of priorities and goals
Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess product performance and identify areas for optimization
Lead product development, ensuring delivery of features and enhancements while maintaining product quality
Conduct market research to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product roadmaps
You will collaborate with product managers to develop localization and regionalization plans across products
Establish relationships with customers, understanding their pain points and need to lead product improvements
You will collaborate with marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies and plans for new product releases
Lead improve initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and refine processes
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA or equivalent is a plus
5 years of product management experience, with a focus on product operations or similar roles
Experience managing the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept to launch and ongoing operations
Experience with Autodesk products or similar engineering software products
Interpret and use metrics to lead informed decisions
Manage multiple business priorities
Proven ability to influence and collaborate across teams

Salary transparency
Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For https://U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $102,800 and $177,320. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
