We are looking for a post-graduate with 10+ years of renewal Sales or account management experience, specifically in managing large customers."
You will report Customer Success head in India and will be based in Autodesk Bangalore office
Renewals Execs need to maintain SFDC (Stage/Forecast category) for all renewal deals
You will meet with partners for pipeline reviews to share insights on identified risk
Provide primary and secondary sales support to the Autodesk Major Account Sales Teams
Collaboration with TASE on account plans to achieve desired outcomes
Pipeline management in SFDC and help TASE manager in bottoms-up forecast
You will ensure high customer retention by addressing customer issues that would affect renewal
Reflect the effectiveness in retaining and growing customer accounts.
Work in collaboration with other teams (Sales, Customer Success, Product) to ensure smooth renewal processes.
Along with Sales team develop strategic account plans that align with customer goals and improve renewals
Show a high level of skill in identifying customer issues and resolving them before they escalate, maintaining customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on industry trends, customer needs, and product knowledge by engaging in regular training
Focus to improve skills related to customer success and renewals.
Participate in weekly internal review meetings (pit crew)
Develop relationships with customers to enhance trust and loyalty.
Demonstrate, proactive engagement with customers, Experience establishing communication and engagement with prospects that lead to long-term renewals.
Be advocate for the customer's needs within the company, ensuring that customer feedback influences product and service improvements.
Educate customers on the value and use of products to ensure better Return on investment for customers
Prepare a business case that addresses pain points and customer needs
Help improve renewal processes and identifying ways to enhance customer retention
Build a regular review process with Autodesk reseller to close below threshold deals
Exceed assigned renewal quota
Job would need occasional travel
Work with Customer Success Rep to identify risk in Top opportunities much early in customer life cycle
Manage full renewal sales cycles with help from Sales team
