Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products and services during the renewal process.
Performance & Goal Orientation
Set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual renewal targets.
Continuously monitor and analyze renewal performance metrics, taking immediate corrective action when results are below expectations.
Customer Retention
Develop and implement strategies to increase customer retention and reduce churn.
Engage with at-risk customers to understand their concerns and develop action plans to retain their business.
Act as a customer advocate within the company, ensuring customer feedback is communicated to relevant teams and influences product development and service improvements.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Sales, Product, and Support teams to address customer issues and feedback.
Provide insights and feedback to the Product team to help improve our offerings.
Reporting & Analysis
Prepare regular reports on renewal rates, customer retention, and revenue forecasts.
Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field or relevant work experience.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a SaaS renewals, account management, or customer success role.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding renewal and retention targets.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to take immediate corrective action when results are below expectations.
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and other relevant tools.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Performance-driven with a strong goal orientation.
Proactive and able to take initiative.
Strong problem-solving skills.

Salary transparency
Salary is one part of Autodesk's competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based sales roles, we expect a starting On-Target Earnings (OTE) between $125,600 and $181,830. OTE is comprised of base salary plus commission target for sales roles. Offers are based on the candidate's experience and geographic location and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries and/or OTE for sales roles, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
