retention and revenue growth targets
Identify opportunities to maximize customer lifetime value by understanding customer needs and delivering value
Build strong relationships with key customers, serving as a trusted advisor to ensure satisfaction and retention
Partner with Customer Success, Sales, and other cross-functional teams to support customer growth and engagement
Resolve potential barriers to renewal, including addressing customer concerns and mitigating risks
Track, analyze, and report on key renewal metrics (e.g., renewal rate, churn, upsell opportunities) to senior management
Continuously improve renewal processes to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency
Minimum Qualifications
8+ years of experience in Renewals & Customer Success in Software Solutions Sales
Proven track record of achieving assigned renewal quotas and reducing churn
Experience implementing Q+1 renewal forecast processes
Ability to establish and maintain review cadence with top partners
Strong analytical skills with the ability to report on sales results and analyze customer segments, regions, sales channels, and products
The Ideal Candidate
Oversee the end-to-end renewal process for Strategic Territory accounts, ensuring timely renewal and minimizing churn
Proactively engage with customers to address their requirements, concerns, and support needs to secure renewals
Work with Sales and Account Management teams to pursue potential growth opportunities within accounts
Maintain accurate renewal forecasts and track renewal progress in SFDC
Identify at-risk accounts and proactively resolve issues that may affect customer satisfaction and renewal likelihood
Strong negotiation and communication skills with extensive experience in Renewal Sales
