• Experience with platforms that facilitate task and process management, workflow management, multi-user environments, enterprise, SaaS, mobile applications etc

• Enhance user experience across platforms, designing and improving systems, workflow optimization, process mapping, task/ process automation, API Integration, etc

• Create designs that scale across multiple use cases and product domains by researching, understanding, and distilling a broad set of customer needs

• Synthesize insights from research to create a comprehensive user journey that identifies opportunities for innovation

• Facilitate design thinking workshops with key stakeholders to envision and ideate new user experiences

• Communicate designs through low-and high-fidelity UI mockups, written and diagrammatic documentation, and prototypes for testing, validation and production

• Present design work in UX review sessions and broader stakeholder presentations, taking constructive feedback and applying that further design iterations

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HCI, Interaction design is a must

• 4+ years of related professional user experience design experience

• Experience working in platform/workflow based systems(Mandatory)

• Solid understanding of UX design process, methodologies, design systems, design patterns and reusable components

• Experience with design and prototyping tools like Figma

• Demonstrated ability to visualize and prototype intended solutions at various levels of fidelity, from high-level wireframes or mock-ups to conceptual presentations and diagrams

• Good communicator and storyteller, able to explain technical topics to a non-technical audience

Preferred Qualifications

• Smart, articulate, and curious designer passionate about pushing the boundaries of technology and user experience

• Capacity to think holistically about design scalability across platforms and anticipate future needs

• Ability to understand the essence of complex design and user problems, translating them into practical design solutions

• Experience designing for applications spanning desktop, web & mobile experiences

• Experience working in large and/or distributed organizations

• Experience of building a design system or contributing to a design system show all files
