    Position summary

    be creating and executing tests, test plans and analyzing test results to find defects during the software development process.

    Responsibilities.

    • Develop, implement, and maintain testing strategies, plans, and procedures to ensure high software quality.

    • Work closely with development teams to identify and resolve defects and bugs in early stages of the development cycle.

    • Design, develop, and execute automated tests using Automation tools to ensure product quality.

    • Analyze test results, create detailed reports, and present them to stakeholders.

    • Participate in product design reviews to provide input on functional requirements, product designs, schedules, or potential problems.

    • Keep up to date with new testing tools and test strategies.

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.

    • Work collaboratively in Agile environment to identify and prioritize testing strategies.

    • Help the team evaluate risk, quality, and/or stability of products and services.

    • Collaborate with Product Support and customers to resolve customer issues.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of 4 years of experience in software quality assurance.

    • Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.

    • Excellent spoken and written communication skills.

    • Excellent problem-solving skills.

    • Ability to lead projects and mentor junior team members.

    • Proactivity and leading an Agile team to excellence.

    • A positive can-do approach that inspires your team and colleagues.

    • Accountability for yours and your team's quality of work.s

    Preferred Requirements.

    • Experience with Testim.io.

    • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Node.JS, JavaScript, or Python.

    • Proficiency with Automation library tools for browser testing such as Playwright or Cypress.

    • Experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) systems.
