Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced project coordinator to lead programs that require significant cross-team collaboration within the Buildings, Infrastructure and Computational Design (BID) team. The candidate will report directly to the Chief of Staff and be responsible for managing programs and projects, have good experience with communications and change management, and will work with stakeholders across the organization. Responsibilities

  • Execute multiple programs and delivers all program components
  • Help with the planning, organisation and completion of organisation wide goals
  • Responsible for communications and change management within the BID organisation
  • Synthesize requirements gathered from multiple sources, reconciles conflicts, and advocates for a delivery roadmap that balances multiple corporate objectives
  • Engage with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements for complex programs and translate them into a logical program roadmap
  • Track metrics to inform decision-making on program health and expansion
  • Produce and present PowerPoints and visualizations to gain alignment and influence with key stakeholders and executives
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and advocate on program management, communications, and change management best practices
  • Ensure programs are delivered with a "customer-first" mindset to ensure exceptional customer experience

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in a Project/Program Management or operations role managing the concurrent delivery of several programs
  • Experience working in a product organization
  • Presentation skills (in-person and virtual) with the ability to cater to different audiences from technical, sales, corporate, and executive roles
  • Experience influencing and implementing change within cross-functional teams
  • Experience leading communication and change management within an organisation
  • Experience drafting internal communications for all staff
  • Excellent documentation skills and knowledge of SharePoint and Wiki with experience managing such sites within an organisation
  • Interest in new technologies, software industry trends, and design

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certifications: PMP, LUMA
