    Position summary

    , field-based Partner Managers, Sales Development Executives, and Licence Compliance teams and with Channel Partners.

    Responsibilities

    • You will report to Territory Sales Hub Manager and prioritize the highest opportunity target accounts within a defined territory

    • You will work with Sales Development Representatives to ensure smooth follow-up on sales leads

    • You will evaluate the customer profile, creating value messaging, and targeting main steps needed to accomplish the account plans

    • Generate and close new business opportunities to fuel the sales pipeline within an assigned sales territory

    • Identify decision-makers and influencers along with their corresponding needs, timeline, and budget

    • You ensure that prospect and customers' needs are understood and addressed by articulating how Autodesk solutions will accelerate their business

    • Utilize telephone, email, and web-based communication as the primary means of connecting with customers

    • Leverage field-based Territory Sales Executives

    • Leverage relationships with channel partners to improve all territory performance to exceed customers' expectations

    • Build the appropriate team for each opportunity coordinating Autodesk personnel including presales, consultants, and services to lead value into the client base

    • Provide accurate billings forecasting and updates to sales managers

    • Exceed monthly sales targets/quotas and KPIs

    • Be a Trusted Adviser for customers and identify win/win situations

    • Help customers and us develop success reference stories

    Minimum Qualifications

    • 8+ years quota-carrying sales experience to include selling complex technology solutions in Inside sales/office-based sales experience

    • Manage difficult situations while remaining upbeat and positive

    • Team oriented, Database management

    • Experience engaging with executive-level stakeholders to influence strategic outcomes

    • Experience managing multiple concurrent sales cycles

    • Promote to improve your sales skills through on-the-job coaching, self-learning, and as defined by Autodesk sales career progression framework

    • Experience exceeding sales targets/quotas and KPIs

    • Proficiency in English (both written and verbal)

    • Preferred sales experience in the Media and Entertainment Industry
