What you'll do
You will be working with a client at the forefront of transforming the healthcare industry and be involved in helping them to implement a cloud-based Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.
Gathering and Assessing Business Requirements: Work closely with users to understand their workflow and assess if these requirements can be implemented in the EMR system.
Configuring and Testing: Configure the EMR system based on agreed upon scope, test the configured solutions to ensure it aligns with requirements.
Coordination and Troubleshooting: Coordinate testing efforts including functional testing, integration, and user acceptance testing; Trouble-shoot any issues encountered during testing, ensuring they are resolved promptly.
Deployment and Post-Deployment Support: Participate in deployment activities, ensuring a smooth transition from development to production; Provide support during go-live, including monitoring and addressing any issue at scale.
