As a part of our Europe Business Applications
team, you will be part of the Banking HUB to support pre-sales and growth for
our European Financial Services business. You will be a key member of the
Avanade Go to Market Teams and leverage relevant Financial Services industry
experience to drive measurable growth through development and expansion of
client opportunities.
Avanade is market leader on the Microsoft
platform in the banking industry and we want to go one step forward leveraging
the Microsoft Cloud for Financial Services and completing it with our own
solutions.
Skills and experiences
• You have
proven experience in a pre-sales or technical consulting role, preferably in
Field Service area and D365 CRM systems.
Extensive
technical expertise in the field of MS Business Solutions, in particular
MS Dynamics CRM/CE as well as in the design of architectures.
• You have
good Knowledge of the Microsoft Ecosystem especially in the D365 area
• You have
excellent communication and presentation skills
• You are
able to understand and address customer needs effectively
• You have
strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• You are
able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• An advantage:
many years of experience in the .NET area (C#), Javascript, TypeScript and
DevOps.
You
are fluent in spoken and written English any other European language is a
plus.

You have a deep
understanding of Power Platform and know how to translate business
requirements into technical results.
Customization, integration
and development are part of their everyday activities. You take great
pride in the ability to translate vision into reality for both internal
customers and clients.
As the architect you are the
master of the art of the possible by learning to demo and sell our Banking
Solution Offerings.
Will help develop and
execute pre-sales strategies, drive proposal efforts, and provide
pre-sales support
Will build prototypes and
proof of concept to validate technical and solution decisions
Helping our customers
define integrated solutions with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE.
Assumption of overall
responsibility for the technical implementation and function as an
interface between customer and development team
(onshore/nearshore/offshore).
Competent advice to our
customers on the development of company-wide CRM platforms with regard to
technical implementation.
Responsible for the
structured recording of customer requirements as part of our CRM project
approach model.
Leverage Avanade's internal
application lifecycle management assets, tools, and best practices,
including data management and data model validation tools, as well as
DevOps YAML pipelines as customizable starting points for each project.
Apply proven testing
frameworks such as Avanade UI automation with Specflow (BDD - Human
Readable Automated Testcases) and leverage proven testing strategies.
Support of sales in
relevant acquisition phases as a technical and/or functional expert.
Assumption of leadership in
the project team in the development of sustainable solution concepts.
Work directly with
marketing to develop solutions using out-of-the-box thinking.
As a D365 CE Solution
Architect, you will need to build relationships with Microsoft sales &
pre-sales counterparts, estimate and design staffing for proposed
solutions and develop familiarity with ISV solutions for the Banking
industry.
