    Skills and experiences

    • 7+ Years of experience with Dynamics 365 Supply Chain& Operations as a Supply Chain consultant.

    • 3+ Years of experience as a Supply Chain lead for Dynamics 365 Supply Chain& Operations

    • Strong understanding and experience with Manufacturing

    • Strong understanding of core and extended functionality in Dynamics 365 Supply Chain& Operations.

    • Experience leading workstreams, collaborating tightly with the counterpart at the customer.

    • Experience managing both internal and external stakeholders as it relates to status and progress on projects.

    • Strong consulting and client-facing experience from an implementation partner.

    • Able to learn and adapt to Avanade delivery tools and methodology.

    • Dynamics 365 Supply Chain and Operations Supply Chain certifications are a plus.

    • Second working language to English such as Mandarin, Cantonese, Thai or Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.

    What you'll do

    • Be one of the leaders in our Avanade ERP HUB, leading and supporting the Supply Chain workstream on projects across APAC, mentoring and guiding the team both on and off the project.

    • Define functional and non-functional requirements, ensuring they align with the business processes.

    • Elicit, document, and validate business requirements from clients and stakeholders using your experience of industry, technology and best practices to achieve the best outcomes.

    • Own and manage the requirements process, ensuring approval, communication, traceability, and re-use.

    • Lead client workshops, analyse business process decomposition, and design solutions for application and process gaps.

    • Prototype and configure business processes to align with customer constraints.

    • Support key-users during user acceptance testing, addressing issues and ensuring the system meets client expectations.
