    Position summary

    insights; analyze large-scale structured and unstructured data, develop
    deep-dive analyses and machine learning solutions to drive member value and
    customer success; craft the architectures, data warehouses and databases that
    support access and Advanced Analytics and bring them to life through modern
    visualization tools; act as a thought partner to senior leaders and executives
    to develop long-term roadmaps and strategy, prioritize/scope projects, provide
    recommendations, and evangelize data-driven business decisions in support of
    strategic goals; and provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior data
    engineers on analysis and design and lead code/design reviews. Periodic travel
    to client sites (domestic and international) is expected up to 80% of the time.
    Must live w/in reasonable commuting distance of Carmel, IN.

    Skills and experiences

    Basic Qualifications:

    The
    position requires at least a bachelor's degree, or its foreign equivalent, in
    Engineering (Any), Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, or
    Machine Learning, or closely related field, plus at least seven (7) years of
    experience as a Data Engineering Manager, or in a similar role in a technology
    or IT consulting environment. A qualified applicant's experience must include:
    7 years of experience performing data engineering or warehousing, publishing,
    and visualization throughout the full data lifecycle; 7 years of experience
    defining ETA or ETL architecture and ETL process design; 4 years of experience
    performing end-to-end implementation of data warehousing analytics solutions
    built on MS or Azure platforms; 2 years of experience engaging as Technical
    Lead for teams of 6 or more consultants; 5 years of experience engaging as
    Project Lead for teams of 3-5 or more consultants; 4 years of experience
    developing analytics reporting solutions using Power BI, Qlik or Tableau; 4
    years of experience with Cosmos, DB, Azure SQL DB, Qlik Replicate, MS SQL
    Server, and MS SSAS; and 4 years of experience using DPM specific tooling
    including: Spark, Python, Databricks, Azure Synapse, SQL Server, Azure Data
    Lake, and/or Azure Data Factory (ADF).

    What you'll do

    In
    this role, you will: lead and manage a team of data engineering professionals
    and cross-functional teams to design, develop and manage core data foundations,
    executive metrics and methodologies; create insightful automated dashboards,
    data visualization, modern data pipelines, data streams, and data service
