What you’ll do
· Enable the design of conceptual architecture and build solutions.
· Use key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and test project quality.
· Define functional, technical, operational, and user requirements.
· Oversee the timely and effective resolution of client issues.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent, positive client interaction, including managing offshore teams
· Support sales activities.
· Travel as required.
Skills and experiences
Ideally a decade or more spent in various roles within the realm of information technology.
Extensive experience with Dynamics 365 or Power Platform.
A minimum of three years serving as a solution architect, pre sales architect, or functional lead.
Acquiring a comprehensive understanding of industry-standard business practices supported by CRM.
Utilising your excellent interpersonal prowess to win over clients, foster teams, and deliver compelling presentations, both written and verbal.
Leading intricate projects that require substantial coordination, guided by your independent judgement.
