What you’ll do

· Enable the design of conceptual architecture and build solutions.

· Use key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and test project quality.

· Define functional, technical, operational, and user requirements.

· Oversee the timely and effective resolution of client issues.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent, positive client interaction, including managing offshore teams

· Support sales activities.

· Travel as required.

Skills and experiences 

• Ideally a decade or more spent in various roles within the realm of information technology.

• Extensive experience with Dynamics 365 or Power Platform.

• A minimum of three years serving as a solution architect, pre sales architect, or functional lead.

• Acquiring a comprehensive understanding of industry-standard business practices supported by CRM.

• Utilising your excellent interpersonal prowess to win over clients, foster teams, and deliver compelling presentations, both written and verbal.

• Leading intricate projects that require substantial coordination, guided by your independent judgement.
