Global Managed Security Services Domain Lead

Please note, this role can be based anywhere in the European Union, including the UK.

Our Global Security team is looking for an experienced Global MSS Lead to develop our practice and services, whilst supporting pre-sales efforts.  You’ll work as part of a broader team to develop market leading Microsoft focused managed security services, that are relevant to client needs and build right solutions, whilst solving complex and cutting-edge Cyber Defense business challenges across our clients, Cloud Providers, Microsoft 365 platform, Dynamics 365, end user devices and identity infrastructures.

Your responsibilities will include: 

• Manage and grow a portfolio of MSS business and associated Go to Market offerings.
• Manage and work with security solution architects and collaborate with other subject matter experts (Cloud, Infra, Apps) and delivery centers to originate opportunities and to create compelling and differentiated managed security solutions and value propositions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with the account teams and client stakeholders.
• Identify customer needs and understand business goals to envisage the high-level solution and winning strategy.
• Develop detailed security transformation and operations opportunities based on the capabilities, standardized tools, processes and partner technology with the security architects and other technology partners.
• Drive and involve in the proposal, solution presentations, pricing estimation and contractual discussions.

About You

You’ll have extensive experience as a Managed Security Services Expert with a demonstrated track record in offering development supported by GTM experience, with exposure to Microsoft Security Platform & other MSS tools & technologies. You’ll be a thought leader who can maximize our extensive resources as the world leading Microsoft Security Partner, leveraging access to the full breadth of resources of our parent company, Accenture Security.

To hit the ground running, your skills will include:

• Proven experience in the design of managed security services across Identity, Cloud Security, Application Security, Data Security and Security Operations. Ideally you will be knowledgeable and experienced with MxDR platforms and the evolving MSS market.
• Proven experience defining complex Managed Security Services contracts, terms, and advanced negotiation skills.
• A good understanding of threat modelling, risk and how to mitigate the risks concerning applications, both from internal and external threat actors.
• A good understanding of the Microsoft platforms across Windows, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Identities, and Azure.
• A good understanding of the NIST, MITRE ATT&CK framework and how it can be applied to help customers improve their cyber defense.
• A good understanding of the business, privacy, security, and compliance challenges surrounding client data and able to articulate and understand the types of assets that would be seen as valuable and susceptible to attack.

You’ll be an established Cyber Defense thought leader, with rounded technical expertise that complements your leadership, business building and client relationship capability to help expand, build, and sell services that address our client’s security needs, and develop the Security practice.
