Graduation assignment
You will create clear and concise documentation on D365FO capabilities, with a focus on improving ease of adoption for customers and serving as an accelerator for Avanade projects. This documentation should be easy to update with new Microsoft releases and should be consistently reviewed to ensure accuracy and completeness. This will include the following tasks:
- Existing documentation on Saved Views, Grid Control, Excel, Workspaces, and other relevant D365FO capabilities, identifying areas for improvement in clarity and completeness.
- Work with Avanade project teams to understand the pain points that customers experience when learning and implementing these capabilities.
- Based on this research, create new documentation for each capability that is clear, concise, and easy to follow for customers with a range of technical expertise.
- Develop a process for regularly reviewing and updating this documentation as new Microsoft releases are introduced, ensuring that the documentation remains accurate and up-to-date.
- Test the effectiveness of the new documentation by incorporating it into Avanade projects and soliciting feedback from customers and project teams, making adjustments as necessary.

We are looking for you because….
- You are a hogeschool or university student and are looking for an educational and challenging graduate internship in the field of IT consultancy starting in September or October 2023;
- You have basic knowledge of Solutioning, Analysis, Project management, Effective communication, Teamwork, Time management;
- You have strong communication skills in both Dutch and English, or both French and English;
- You are eager to learn more about Microsoft and IT-consultancy;
- You are a motivated student with a proactive attitude and you like to meet new people
