    Position summary

    develop, document, test and debug new modules and extensions in D365FO; write
    technical specifications based on conceptual design and stated business
    requirements; identify and evaluate new technologies for implementation; and
    support functional consultants in tracing during prototyping. Must live w/ in
    reasonable commuting distance of Seattle, WA. Periodic travel to client sites
    (domestic) up to 80% of the time is expected. Offered annual salary: $154,000 to

    Skills and experiences

    Basic Qualifications:

    The
    position requires at least a bachelor's degree, or its foreign equivalent, in
    Computer Science, Engineering (any), Management Information Systems, or closely
    related technical field, plus at least five (5) years of experience as a
    Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Senior Developer or in a
    similar role in a technology or IT consulting environment. A qualified
    applicant's experience must include: 5 years of experience in full Software
    Development Lifecycle (SDLC) of D365FO or Dynamics AX (predecessor of D365FO)
    including but not limited to the use of the X++ programming language to develop
    Workflows, Reports, Integrations, Data Entities and Extensions; 5 years of
    experience developing Microsoft SQL Server Report Services (SSRS) based reports
    within D365FO and/or reports based on the Microsoft Power BI platform; 3 years
    of experience in migration and conversion of data from legacy or third party
    systems into D365FO; 3 years of experience using Azure Services (Logic Apps,
    Azure Functions, Azure Data Factory) to support the implementation of D365FO; 3
    years of experience developing integrations with external applications, systems
    or web services particularly using web API based integrations; 5 years of
    experience performing Application Lifecycle Management using Azure DevOps
    and/or Team Foundation Services; 5 years of experience writing technical
    specifications based on conceptual designs and business requirements; 5 years
    of experience in requirement gathering, collaborating with cross-functional
    teams and key stakeholders in ERP implementation projects; and 3 years of
    experience leading and mentoring junior developers and performing code reviews,
    defining, and implementing code branching and merging.

    What you'll do

    To be responsible for designing, developing,
    documenting, testing, and debugging new and existing software systems and/or
    applications for market sale or large-scale proprietary software for internal
    use. Through deep functional knowledge and familiarity with the D365FO
    application, you will: serve as a technical expert on development projects and
    participate in full development life cycle including requirements analysis and
    design; design, develop, document, test and debug new modules and extensions in
    D365FO; write technical specifications based on conceptual design and stated
    business requirements; identify and evaluate new technologies for
    implementation; and support functional consultants in tracing during
    prototyping. Must live w/ in reasonable commuting distance of Seattle, WA.
    Periodic travel to client sites (domestic) up to 80% of the time is expected.
