    Position summary

    Welcome to Avanade X!

We bring together data, creativity, and engineering to help clients imagine beyond convention, give technology purpose and make what matters.You will join our international team taking care of development and maintenance of our internal applications written in .NET and React.js.

    Day-to-day you will:

    • Lead and oversee the project ensuring that it is completed to the highest standards
    • Use the business process requirements to drive the detailed design of application and technical architecture components
    • Be pro-active and responsible for raising technical concerns ahead of time in order to ensure solution delivery
    • Work with developers and testers to make sure that the configuration and custom components meet application requirements and performance goals
    • Plan and execute all required process steps as per given methodologies
    • Anticipate, identify, track and resolve issues and risks affecting the delivery
    • Participate in quality management reviews and process improvements ensuring the application design and related work products satisfy the requirements
    • Guide your colleagues towards best technical solutions by mentoring them in their growth and ensuring the industry standards by conducting peer reviews
    • Develop samples and proof-of-concepts to demonstrate how to implement best coding practices in evolving technologies
    • Perform investigations into new Microsoft Azure services and technologies
    • Communicate effectively with project stakeholders

    Skills and qualifications:

    • 5+ years of software industry experience, including recent technical experience (e.g., senior developer, architect or team lead), project leadership experience and a proven track record of successful project delivery
    • Hands-on technical experience in .NET Core, React.js, SQL and NoSQL databases
    • Architecture design patterns, clean code, SDLC, CQRS, DDD, etc.
    • MS Azure
    • Security best practices in designing modern, service-oriented solutions
    • Knowledge of the full software development lifecycle
    • Experience with technical training and mentorship
