Required Skills / Experience in:
1-3 years of Power Platform experience with Power Apps and Power Automate (MS Flow)
Full lifecycle experience with PowerApps (canvas and model-driven)
Workflow design and development in Power Automate
Data creation, analysis, and visualization in Power BI
Experience with Common Data Service, data security, and app deployment
Development of Power Platform solutions in SharePoint and Teams
Desired Skills / Experience in**:**
Experience with Co-Pilot Studio
Microsoft Teams and SharePoint development, including SharePoint Framework
Knowledge of Microsoft Graph API and JavaScript
Relevant Microsoft Power Platform certifications
Power Platform DevOps practices
AI technology experience, including prompt engineering
Knowledge of Azure DevOps and Agile development
.NET C#, TypeScript, RESTful services, and PowerShell scripting

Strong communication and presentation skills in both German and English, with fluent language proficiency (minimum B2/C1 level).
