Your Impact:

Axon is looking for an enthusiastic leader that is passionate about providing an exceptional onboarding experience for our new hires. The Director of First Impressions will have the unique opportunity to drive our employee experience by leading the strategy and execution of our new hire onboarding process across Axon sales and support.

We are looking for a high-energy, process-driven, self-motivated team player with exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills and a proven track record of leading teams to meet business initiatives. This person will be expected to quickly develop a strong understanding of our operations, processes, and new hires. This position will also work closely with numerous our internal Axon teams to ensure the new employee Onboarding experience runs effectively and efficiently.

What You'll Do

• Build out, own, and lead Axon’s Sales onboarding process and strategy for both domestic and international new hires.

• Have a clear understanding of Axon’s sales process.

• Partner with internal teams to determine tools and resources for new hires.

• Identify key opportunities for business improvements by gathering and analyzing feedback received from new hires and business partners.

• Design, develop, and maintain the right resources and content for the sales onboarding program.

• Have a “think outside the box” mentality and constantly look for ways to strengthen the overall onboarding strategy.

• Suggest and implement changes and improvements to the sales onboarding process and strategy.

• Effectively communicate strategy and vision and set priorities.

• Facilitate onboarding sessions and provide assistance to new hires throughout their onboarding journey.

• Build strong partnerships and be the go-to-expert for the Sales onboarding process.

• Provide reporting and metrics to Sales Leadership on the onboarding progress of new sales hires.

• Have the potential to grow and lead a future Sales training team.

What You Bring

• A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is required.
• 5+ years of Sales experience.
• 3+ years of Sales Onboarding, Sales Training, or relatable experience.
• Previous experience designing and implementing sales training and/or onboarding programs.
• Excellent project management experience.
• Exhibit a high degree of ownership.
• Ability to analyze data and communicate findings to leadership.
• Experience in creating constructive working relationships amongst peers and departments.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, high growth business environment.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written and organization skills.
• Proficient in SalesForce.com, MS Office, and/or other multimedia tools for editing documents, videos, presentations, etc.
