Your Impact

Axon’s Sales Operations team is looking for a Sales Optimization Manager who is passionate about increasing the efficiency and efficacy of sales teams. This is a highly impactful position with responsibility for defining, developing, evaluating, and implementing strategic projects designed to optimize revenue-generating activities, market share, and business scalability.

As part of a small but mighty team, this role will need a high-energy, process-driven, self-motivated team player with exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills and a proven track record of executing on projects to meet business initiatives. This person will be expected to quickly develop a strong understanding of our operations and processes.

What You’ll Do

Reports to: Director, Sales Operations

Travel: 20%

Reports to: Director, Sales Operations

  • Analyze current processes and forge a new path forward, moving us away from legacy processes towards a set of tools for a modern, highly-impactful sales team

  • Anticipate internal and external business challenges and recommend/implement enhancements

  • Provide knowledge and understanding of systems and processes and their relationship to other departments

  • Identify, analyze, and recommend opportunities to improve department processes and systems. In many cases, own execution of recommended solutions.

  • Help manage strategic initiatives/projects that impact sales goals

  • Create and deliver metrics, reports, and analysis related to company initiatives and activities that bring value and align with sales goals

  • Own Axon’s Customer Acceptance process

What You Bring

  • A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is required.
  • 3+ Years of Sales Operations, Project Management, or Sales experience
  • Process oriented working methods to drive efficient sales
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
  • Capability to work independently and pro-actively
  • Exhibit a high degree of ownership
  • Ability to analyze data and communicate findings to leadership
  • Coaching mentality, perseverance
  • Excellent communication skills across all levels of leadership, both written and spoken
  • Consistent and methodical approach to problem-solving
