Summary and Qualifications:
The primary purpose and function of the Senior Learning Systems Administrator is to support the learning technology strategy for Mars Veterinary Health (MVH) while providing expertise to the Mars Center for Veterinary Excellence (MCVE) in the development and implementation of learning technologies.
This position will manage the Mars Center for Veterinary Excellence virtual learning platform (including the underlying learning management system and any other supporting technology platforms to enable), maintain awareness of changes in learning technology which will enhance learning, teaching, assessment and other learning and development functions.
This position performs and manages all system configurations, testing, permission security, user accounts, and reporting, as well as integrations with other learning and HRIS systems and software on behalf of MCVE. This position actively participates in the creation, implementation and maintenance of the MCVE virtual learning platform. This position will collaborate across the global MVH business units to ensure relevant needs are met.
