**Process Overview:**
The Client Delivery team delivers digital global market operation through process re-engineering, robotics & AI, building client self-service tools, and developing and tracking client metrics.
Client Analytics captures and analyses big data across the Global Markets organization to provide accurate and timely business intelligence to improve client service, mitigate risk and gain operational efficiencies.
**Job Description:**
Work on dashboard / reporting for Client Operations Services function.
Use MS office suite and tools like Tableau, Alteryx to automate metrics reporting as needed.
Troubleshoot and provide solution using SQL queries.
Work independently on BAU activities and adhere to the timelines on the frequency of metrics reporting.
Take complete accountability and ownership of the work assigned with no escalations.
**Responsibilities:**
Incumbent with some technical knowledge, self-driven and ability to work independently.
Strong communication skills
Work on Metrics dashboard tools like Tableau, Alteryx.
Having good knowledge on SQL and can write SQL queries.
Can write / derive / publish / maintain logic for metrics creation and reporting for various onboarding needs
Ability to create Data Visualization, Data Analytics / Reporting.
**Requirements:**
**Education**: BCE, MBA
**Experience Range** 5-7 yrs
**Foundational skills:**
Knowledge of Tableau, Alteryx and SQL.
Ability to write SQL queries and publish metrics / reports.
Familiar with SQL.
Data visualization / Data Analytics / Data workflow
Self-starter ability to work independently
Strong communication skills
Ability to think broadly and Problem solving skills.
**Desired skills:**
Experience working in Capital Markets / IB Domain / Client Onboarding in Operations
