The candidate will:
Manage the PC build techs at our configuration centers from a technical perspective.
Ensure the smooth functioning of technical operations at the config centers.
Assist with staff training.
Liaising with team members, management, and clients to ensure projects are completed to standard.
Identifying risks and forming contingency plans as soon as possible.
Analyzing existing operations and scheduling training sessions and meetings to discuss improvements.
Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and developments within Bank of America.
Perform troubleshooting as required.
Document issue/status reports.
Required Skills:
Must have at least 3-5 years leading a team of individuals
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience with PC Operating Deployment processes and tools.
Excellent PC technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills.
Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
Willingness to build professional relationships with staff and clients.
Excellent communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills.
Desired Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
