Job Description:
Treasury Change Intake & Planning team is responsible for the Bank of America Treasury Change Intake, Review, Prioritization, Funding, & Planning processes accompanied by associated reporting. Team provides oversight and guidance to review, approve, and prioritize change in support of enterprise and business objectives. Change types include but are not limited to: Enterprise Data Incident Management (eDIM) tickets, Enterprise Issue Management System (eIMS/SIAIs) tickets, GT&O Technology requests (enhancements & new initiative requests), Operational Excellence (SIM/IDT) requests, and others.
Individual will be a contributing member of the Treasury Change Planning function within the Treasury Change Management & Oversight team. They will have engagement in activities such as managing the Treasury Change Planning database, ensuring data quality & integrity, data sourcing/research, and identifying opportunities for improvement. This resource will facilitate the daily/weekly change processes & associated routines with tech, data, & business partners while continuing to identify opportunities for process & tool enhancements. As this is a new Treasury function & team, there is extensive opportunity for influencing the target state model for how the data within our tool should be managed, controlled, & reported. The role will involve collaborating with multiple on-shore tech & business partners across Treasury to ensure quality ticket submission and execution.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with business, data, and technology partners through weekly Change Management routines
Assist with day to day processes for change & request management, intake & planning process execution, data quality, and reports.
Manage data quality efforts with business, data, and technology partners.
Drive analysis with Treasury Change Management team to identify process gaps and mapping current and “future-state” processes
Partner with emerging technology and other treasury teams to streamline & manage Treasury intake, planning, & reporting processes; gathering, analyzing, and influencing requirements.
Requirements
3-8 years professional experience working in a corporate environment, ideally within a financial institution
Must have solid Excel & PowerPoint skills
Must be able to work independently and be a proactive problem solver (solutions oriented)
Must have strong communication skills to present ideas to Senior Executives at the Bank of America
Desired Skills:
Prior project coordination, release management, change management & governance, or Bank of America (Treasury) experience
Familiarity with PMBOK, PMP, Six Sigma, Agile, and other project management methodologies
Familiarity with SharePoint, Workiva, Tableau
Familiarity with eDIM, eIMS, or other Issue Management Systems / processes
