Manages a group of associates who develop and execute strategies through physical and electronic channels for a specific line of business. Interface with sales, product, customer service to ensure execution of the strategy.
The Integrated Payments team is assembling a talented staff of professionals to deliver a digital Integrated Payments Sales Support ecosystem for the merchant services business unit.
Integrated Payments, at its core, is a highly collaborative sales enablement and support organization. We deliver unique, value-added payment solutions, from external independent software vendor (ISV) partners, to the bank organizations that will help win, retain, and grow client relationships. We empower sales and merchant integration associates with user-centered, intuitive, engaging, and time-saving knowledge tools so they can confidently sell merchant services to clients who use these solutions.
As a subject matter expert for Integrated Payments Sales Support, you will work in parallel with Channel Development Managers for Content Design & Development, Sales, Merchant Integration, Segment Enablement, Commercialization, Marketing, Product Management, Learning & Leadership Development, and other teams to design, develop, and deliver Integrated Payments content for a knowledge delivery platform, training resources, and other sales enablers to meet the needs of the merchant services sales organization. As such, the organization relies on IP Sales Support as the experts on external payment solutions.
Channel Development Manager II for Content Design & Development
Desired Experience:
• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in merchant services working with ISV solutions
• Minimum of 5 years’ professional experience in writing, proofreading, and editing marketing or sales materials
• Extremely strong oral and written communication skills, highly attentive to detail, and highly collaborative
• Familiarity with digital content platforms, SEO and writing web content
• Demonstrated success in managing and being responsible for multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Self-starter and responsive with an ability to learn and adapt quickly, think and communicate strategically and proactively
• Finds personal satisfaction in executing work product that improves the efficiency, effectiveness and quality of the work environment
• Ability to build and maintain relationships working closely with teams of other organizations and across an enterprise and lines of business
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe Pro, and SharePoint
