Charitable Gift Fund Administrator (Boston, MA or Providence, RI)

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

Responsible for performing service and operations fulfillment activities to meet Bank of America Charitable Gift Fund (CGF) client needs and expectations, serving as a core member of the CGF's Operations Team. Donor-advised fund product expert who acts as an additional point of contact for CGF's Operations Team Lead and DAF Operations partners and as a backup for CGF's Client Services team. Performs administrative duties for the breadth of CGF operations activities. Provides high level administrative support to the CGF Client Operations Team including day to day transaction processing. These duties include but are not limited to daily money movement activities, account opening and ongoing administrative reviews, system updates, grant and contribution administration, and compliance and regulatory matters as assigned. 

Proactively communicates via phone and e-mail directly with CGF team members, DAF Operations partners and our third-party vendors, and with client Advisor teams as called for. Develops, reviews and analyzes operations performance, control and processing reports Provides recommendations to CGF leadership of products and service requests that may enhance client satisfaction and experience.  Escalates client and internal partner complaints as appropriate. 

Key Skill Requirements:

• BA/BS Degree Desired
• 2-5 years of non-profit sector, fiduciary banking or financial services experience
• Passion for the non-profit sector and charitable engagement
• Strong, proactive and effective communication skills
• Excellent ability to work in fast paced and collaborative team environment
• Independent problem solver, able to make decisions that impact clients, Advisors and partners
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational, prioritization and time management skills
• Ability to take initiative and proactively follow up and follow through skills
• Ability to operate with a high level of autonomy
• Develop strong interpersonal alliance and fosters partnerships among team members and business partners and supports enterprise view to support GWIM objectives.
• Knowledge of the legal, tax, investment and compliance aspects of fiduciary administration a plus
• Microsoft Office Suite knowledge required

Desired Skills:

• Experience working with MicroEdge Gifts and PACE systems
• Relationship management experience working directly with non-profit organizations, boards and/or UHNW clients
• Charitable Trust Administration experience
