Position summary
Job Description:
The Charitable Gift Fund (CGF) Client Service Associate serves as a critical member of the CGF Client Delivery team, whose primary responsibility is to provide ongoing support of client service delivery and management of the remediation of outstanding client and Advisor issues.
• Support the client delivery needs of all clients and provide ongoing relationship management support
• Serve as primary resource and face off with CGF clients across the Merrill, Private Bank and self-serve platforms
• Provide ongoing support to the Client Delivery team PCMs
Assist advisors and internal partners in pre-sales and training opportunities
• Conduct grant due diligence
• Deliver and maintain analytics on Client Delivery team volumes and performance, predictive and backward facing
• Reply to incoming phone, email, and correspondences
• Contribute to and lead CGF strategic initiatives
Qualifications/Desired Skills:
• Team-oriented, client service experience/orientation

• Multi-faceted skill set and ability to tackle diverse set of responsibilities
• Ability to work independently, juggle responsibilities effectively

• Demonstrated experience working with wealth management Advisors
• BA or Masters level degree
