Job Description:
Bank of America is seeking a Client Relationship Associate (CRA) to serve small businesses with annual revenues from $500k up to $5 million. The primary responsibility of the CRA is to support the Field and Home Office SBBs portfolio of assigned client relationships. The CRA supports the Field and Home Office SBBs clients with commercial credit and Treasury as well as support the retention of the portfolio. The CRA is the primary liaison with the Client Service Team for escalations. Responsible for new client on-boarding including: profile creation, Business Profile review, Know Your Client (KYC) completion and client outreach expected for introduction calls. CRAs are the primary point of contact with Credit and Retention partners for credit renewals, modifications, retention, proactive risk detection and collateral exemptions. CRAs may support multiple markets in their division.
The CRA will be expected to:
Initiates all KYC (Know Your Client) customer due diligence activities for new client on-boarding
Review business profile for accuracy and upload to Navigator
Client team contact template – email to client and upload in Navigator for newly on boarded clients
Addressing KYC Issues escalated by Business Controls
Post booking: Collect documents for Legal Entity Onboarding (LEO) Defect/Enrichment
Account Analysis: Set up or conversion to support complex treasury management requests (or vice versa). Includes GFO Account opening and closing activities
Assist client with Treasury implementation and servicing issues (may require contact with Treasury Solutions Analyst (TSA)/ Treasury Sales Officer (TSO)
Providing support to call centers/middle office for escalated issues (pilot Standard Authority Limits apply)
Wire issue: works with client to get wire questions answered and submitted to the wire team
ACH/Check Fraud: coordinate with client and teams on fraud issues
Portfolio and Data Management: GCI (Global Customer Identifier) Assignment and Maintenance
Navigator: Data Integrity / System Maintenance
Required Skills:
PC Proficient in Office Suite: Excel, PowerPoint and Word - Ability to operate in a phone based sales environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Familiarity with bank products, services operations, systems, policies, procedures for business/corporate clients. - Strong client focus/direct client contact experience, excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, organization and PC skills. - Ability to multi-task and support various priorities are required.
Desired Skills:
Possess a combination of Financial Center leadership or Small Business or Business Banking relationship management or support experience, as well as Credit and/or Treasury sales servicing, or operations management experience.
